Recently a Flanders VAC member has been unexpectedly diagnosed with Stage IV colon cancer and has been hospitalized. the Flanders VAC Officers and Members are hosting a Chinese Auction Fundraiser to help raise money and offset the burden that has separated this family during the Holidays. Extrication Training

3 car MVA in front of Suffolk community college

At 1023am FNVA was dispatched to a Motor vehicle accident with multiple patients. FNVA first responder arrived on scene 3 minutes after activation. With the help of East Moriches Ambulance, 5-47-16 and 5-47-81, Eastport Fire Department under the command of Chief M Tortorice and FNVA 7-17-16 and 7-17-18 we were able to quickly extricate and transport two patients to PBMC and 1 to Stony Brook University. ... Motor vehicle accident Pleasure drive and Flanders Road

4 patients were transported to Peconic Bay medical center today from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident. With the help of Flanders Fire Dept, East Quogue Fire Department, Hampton Bays Ambulance, Southampton Police Department, and two ambulances from Riverhead Ambulance we were able to promptly transport our patients.
