A piece of steal that resembles part of a spring from a truck was struck by a passing vehicle which launched it in the air striking another vehicle! After smashing through the windshield the steal piece hit the unexpected driver. Please be super careful and alert while driving around and near the Flanders Traffic circle. There is so much debris around the road!
